Are you looking for a heavy duty safe with style? Check out this Bad Boy. Our client was looking for a very specific set of security and convenience features not found on ordinary safes. The result is this one of a kind, hand crafted mini-monster of a safe!
Custom designed for our client to fit in a specific location, this 72”x40”x28” super safe features a 3 gauge steel bent body with full length & continuously welded seams. Hand fitted to the body is a 2” Triple-Step-System door (overall door thickness 5½), mounted on our super smooth motion dual radial bearing Titan hinges, each rated at 2,000 lbs capacity. The door to safe body gap is a tight 1/16” to prevent pry attacks. Each step in the door to safe body is sealed with Silicone and dual Palusol® gaskets to protect the contents from smoke and heat infiltration in the event of a fire. Multiple layers of fireboard plus layer of 2300° Ceramic fire blanket ensure superior fire resistance. The inner body is supported with additional 1/2” inner steel liner, plus a 1/4” inner Stainless Steel liner to protect against torch cutting attempts. The four-way 4”x1½” fully rotating locking bolt system with 18 bolts, secures the door to the safe body. To further protect against attempted drill attacks the locking mechanism employs 1” hardplate and a Quadruple + 1 relocking system. The dual locking system consists of a S&G AxisBlu Bluetooth enabled lock and S&G Spy-Proof lock with locking dial. The door is fitted with a custom stainless steel pull handle for additional ease of opening and closing.
The exterior of the safe is coated in Wimbledon white gloss finish with double pinstriping and matching hardware. The interior includes an L.E.D. lighting system, electrical outlet, dehumidifier, Safe in Safe option and hidden lockable floor compartment. This safe epitomizes strength and beauty.

Vault Pro is your big and custom safe and vault door specialist. No one does Big and Custom like we do. However, every now and then a project comes along and we create something not so typical of our reputation, but never the less we built to the highest quality and over the top heavy and in this case…pretty awesome.
This In-Ground Safe is to be set and poured in place with the foundation of a home or business. The entirety of this safe will be under-ground with a floor flush mounted top that will be covered, hidden and provide perfect concealment as well as security from fire, theft and natural disasters.
I always worry about moisture inside any safe. When the safe is underground, moisture can be especially damning. For just such applications Vault Pro coats the entire safe (inside and out) with a marine grade polyurethane paint that is designed to hold up to extreme conditions including salt water and alkaline and uses siliconized rubber gaskets to seal the door air and water tight. As always, the fit of the door to the frame is an extremely snug fit to begin with.

When given the space to work with, Vault Pro provided the maximum usable safe storage solution for our client by making the door space just large enough that seven long guns can be placed at the very bottom of the safe and the heavy duty sliding and removable storage boxes sit above the firearms on a shelf so the space to each side of the door can be used easily all the way to the top of the safe.
